Are There Caps in Damages Against the State Government?
by David (Los Angeles, CA)
I'm a personal injury attorney in California. I was wondering if there are any caps in damages in government Tort claims. I was looking at the website which state that there are no caps in personal injury cases.
Does that extend to Government Tort claims? Thanks.
