I have been a cook in an elementary school for 27 years. I am now 53 years old and have pain from years of doing the job. I have been sent by workman’s comp to several doctors who all seem to agree it is wear and tear from years of lifting and repetitious work. I hurt from my neck, across both shoulders, down my arms to my fingertips.
What can I expect from WC now? If they are not able to help me, do they just settle with me or am I just out of luck? Would they pay for all continuing medical bills or give me disability? Thanks for any info you can give.
