I was in a side impact collision which was not my fault. I was t-boned by the at-fault driver who ran a stop sign. However my license is currently suspended. Will that affect my ability to get a settlement? Will I bear any liability for the crash? Thanks.

ANSWER for "Side Impact Collision with Suspended License...":
The status of your license should have very little if anything to do with your injuries. Normally when there is an injury/accident (collision) the police are summoned to the scene. If the Police determined the other driver was actually the at-fault driver, that driver would have been issued a citation for running the stop sign.
If the Police determined the driver was at fault you should not have any problems. Your settlement should have nothing to do with your suspended license.
