I had an argument with the people who take phone calls at the OBGYN section of the doctors office and I called the lady a bitch. Then another lady came out, got in my face and started yelling at me and kicked me out.
I started to walk out and as I did I turned to say something to the lady and she slammed the door on my foot. What can I do? The lawyers I’ve called said they won’t take my case.

Unless you suffered some medically verifiable injuries you don’t have any case. That’s probably why the attorneys you spoke with refused to accept your case.
You were quite obviously not happy and prior to calling the employee a “bitch” you probably had some other “words” with her.
It is reasonable to presume you may have been creating a public disturbance. Because it is also altogether possible there were other patients in the area in which you were arguing, it was legally appropriate for the employees to use equal force to quell the disturbance.
Your statements may be construed as a verbal “assault”. As long as the employee didn’t push or shove you she may have been within her rights to accompany you to the door. It is altogether possible as she was closing the door she inadvertently, or purposely closed the door on your foot.
It appears from the facts you present the employee acted appropriately. Unless you can produce credible medical evidence of your injuries you should possibly call what happened a “lesson learned”.
