Experience

Dustin has worked in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability, slip and falls, and general liability. He’s successfully handled cases from inception through trial.

Representing professional clients in hearings before the Washington State Medical Commissioner provided Dustin with a valuable “insider’s” perspective on medical malpractice claims, and what it takes for injured claimants to prevail.

Dustin began his legal career as a JAG attorney with the United States Navy, where he was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal. As a JAG attorney, Dustin vigorously represented service members with the highest level of legal acumen.

In addition to his legal practice, Dustin shares his legal insights as a writer for personal injury and criminal law firms.
