InjuryClaimCoach.com: Helping Personal Injury Victims Get Answers

Learn how this website can help you get fair compensation for your injuries, with or without an attorney.

Some personal injury cases require an attorney. Other cases don’t.

Our free educational website teaches what you need to know about the personal injury claims process, regardless of your situation.

We’re not a law firm, but the information here is written by experienced attorneys (see below).

While we always recommend getting a free attorney consultation, sometimes you don’t need an attorney, or maybe you can’t find one willing to take your case.

Our free Claim Guide gives someone with no legal background the knowledge and tactics to get a fair settlement in minor personal injury claims. Don’t worry, the information here is written in plain English – no legal jargon (or at least as little as possible).

Attorney Robert Jenkins – Contributing Writer

Robert Jenkins Esq headshot

Bobby Jenkins, Esq. is an experienced civil litigator (20+ years) representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court.

Bobby’s practice has focused on cases involving serious personal injury, including car and truck collisions, products liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death. He also has experience handling lawsuits related to allegations of fraud and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

In addition to his work as a practicing attorney, Bobby teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina School of Law. From 2010-2017 he served as a full-time Assistant Professor at the Charlotte School of Law, where he taught courses in civil litigation, evidence and trial skills.

Every trial lawyer knows that to be successful you have to be able to explain issues in terms a jury can understand. That’s a hallmark of Bobby’s teaching approach – breaking down and clearly explaining the most difficult legal concepts.

Bobby has tried cases in state and federal courts, and argued before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. He served the legal profession as a member of the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and served on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Litigation Section Council and Trial Practice Curriculum Committee.

Attorney Case Review Service

This site is funded through an attorney advertising service. If you have any questions related to your personal injury claim and would like to speak with an attorney for free, you can do so by calling 888-972-0892 or by completing one of our free case review forms.

It requires a lot of time and effort to create all the content on InjuryClaimCoach.com, answer visitor questions, and maintain the website. The only way we can continue to do it is with support from visitors like you.

Help keep this website going by getting a free case review. There’s no obligation, and you’ll get valuable advice about your case…all for free. It’s a win-win!
